Tom Brady has acquired the status of an official minority owner with the Las Vegas Aces.
Brady, a 7-time Super Bowl Champion with the New England Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has now invested in a team that is in their second consecutive WNBA Finals. He has an ownership stake in the Aces, adding to his extensive business endeavors, which include being a minority owner with the Las Vegas Raiders and Birmingham City FC. Additionally, he holds an advisory position at Delta Airlines and recently signed a 10-year $375 million deal with Fox Sports following his retirement from professional football. He will transition to the broadcast booth at Fox Sports in the upcoming season.

Back in March, Brady announced his partnership with the Aces in a post, expressing his excitement to be part of the Las Vegas Aces organization due to his admiration for women’s sports, which was kindled by his three older sisters who played sports at a high level.
Plum expressed her sentiments about Brady’s ownership involvement with the Aces in a lighthearted manner, saying, “I’m excited to have him as our investor. He understands what it means for us, as a team and the league, and the exposure it brings. I joke around, but it’s really great to have him around. He cares, and that’s important.”
Late Sunday Night, Brady tweeted, “Nobody is safe from KP” [Kelsey Plum] with a laughing emoji.
The Aces will face off against the New York Liberty in game two on Oct. 11. The series is a best of five games, with Las Vegas holding homecourt advantage before heading to New York for game three, and potentially game four.
