The first round of the Texas high school softball playoffs is now complete for Classes 3A-1A.

In the playoffs, teams participating in the initial round (bi-districts) may either engage in single-game playoff matches or best-of-three series.

For the following rounds (area, regional, state), playoff series for Classes 2A-6A are strictly best-of-three. Playoffs for Class 1A follow a single-game format, per UIL guidelines.

The bi-districts included 19 series that spanned three games, with nine of these taking place in Class 3A Division I.

Jonesboro (Class 1A), Shiner (Class 2A), and Coahoma (3A) are still competing to hold on to their state titles from 2024.
